Refund & Return Policy

At 4 Daughters Hens and Honey, we take pride in offering quality farm-fresh products, handcrafted goods, and livestock. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the policy outlined below.

General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated below. We encourage customers to inspect products at the time of purchase and ask any questions prior to completing a sale.

Perishable & Farm-Fresh Products

This includes, but is not limited to: produce, honey, baked goods, eggs, and other food items.

  • No refunds or returns are available on perishable or consumable goods.

  • If a product is damaged or incorrect at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue.

  • We are not responsible for spoilage or quality issues once the product has left our care.

Non-Perishable & Handcrafted Goods

This includes items such as candles, soaps, home goods, or other handmade products.

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Apparel & Merchandise

  • With our shirts being made to order, we cannot accept returns and cannot process refunds for your order due to sizing issues.

  • If there is an issue with printing, notify us within 14 days.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

  • Custom or limited-run items are final sale.

  • Please makes sure to read the sizing chart on the listing before purchase.

Livestock & Live Animals

  • All livestock sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on live animals once they leave our property.

  • Buyers are responsible for proper transport, housing, and care after purchase.

  • Any concerns must be raised before pickup or delivery.

Bees & Live Bee Sales

  • Due to the sensitive nature of live bees, all bee sales are final.

  • We cannot guarantee survival once bees are picked up or transferred to the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for losses due to weather, handling, pests, disease, or management practices.

Event, Pre-Order, & Special Orders

  • Deposits for pre-orders or special orders are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at the time of ordering.
