About Us

Hey Y'all!

Thank you for taking the time to visit our page and learn about who we are!

4 Daughters Hens and Honey began with a simple desire: to slow down, become more self-sustainable, and raise our family with a closer connection to God and the land.

What started small with just a few baby chicks in 2019, has grown into what we call our wannabe backyard farm/homestead. Along the way, we’ve experienced successes, failures, and learned so many lessons.  There were early mornings that smelled like feed and fresh air, mistakes marked by scraped knuckles and frustrations, and moments where we wondered if we were in over our heads. But there was also joy, the first jar of honey that tasted like wildflowers and summer, the first warm eggs gathered from the coop, and the quiet satisfaction of doing something with our own hands.  As our family grew so did our "operation".  Soon we found ourselves sharing eggs, produce, and honey with friends, family, and our community.  It brought us joy to share with others the fruits of our labor, the lessons we learned, and how they could start their own backyard "homestead".  And with that, in 2025, 4 Daughters Hens and Honey was launched.  We’re not experts, and we don’t pretend to have it all figured out, but we are committed to doing things honestly and with purpose.

What we offer today comes directly from the work we do ourselves. We tend the bees, care for the animals, and create each product with attention and care. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is mass-produced.

At the heart of it all is our family. Our home is a place where our daughters learn the value of honest work, stewardship, patience, and gratitude. It’s where they are learning that faith isn't just something you talk about, it's something you live out in the everyday moments, in early mornings, muddy boots, and the quiet reward of providing something honest and local.

When you support 4 Daughters Hens and Honey, you’re stepping into our story and helping us continue a life rooted in faith, responsibility, and connection.
